I only give 1 star reviews when earned. I called on an advertised Land Pride SA20 auger with 9" bit for $2700.00 by Mr Ogle. I asked for an additional bit. He said he would.call me back, but he didn't. I called and asked if he got a price every other day for two weeks. He kept saying, not yet. Finally, I spoke to Seth, the manager. It took him another 6 days to quote me a different brand auger, Blue Diamond, for $3600.00 without any bits. I said I'll take the Land Pride Auger then. This is really more like a 10 star review! Can't say enough great things about what these guys did for us. Had a 3 year old U55 that was consuming oil and having consistent A/C problems. They worked REALLY hard to advocate our warranty and had a lot of patience to get us a new engine AND new A/C function without us having to pay a dime! Thank you Payton and thank you Kubota Joplin!
