My husband and I just bought a tractor and several implements with Daniel Humphrey at Springdale Tractor Supply. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure things were in order. We had changed things a few times and he was over the top patient and helpful. He came on sight to Inservice and make sure we knew how to use the equipment. We were so impressed with his kindness, patience, and thoroughness!
I drove fifty miles to get a seal. They did not have it, but thats ok, I can't expect them to have everything. Can you ship it to me, its an hour drive? How long to get it? 2-3 three days. Great. Nearly two weeks later I do not have a seal. Grass is overgrown. Drive to see them and ask about my seal. While the guy at the counter is looking, a guy ( the guy who sold me the seal) He proceeds to tell me that he was off last week with a smiling face. It was not a humorous or smiling matter to me. It was a grave injustice.
