Went to Kubota of Culpeper recently to see about purchasing my first tractor. Billy helped me get setup with the tractor and the implements I needed. He didn’t try to sell me any equipment I didn’t need and was genuinely interested about what I needed to use the tractor for. I had a little hiccup with understanding how the belly mower worked and how to lock it in the top position. They sent someone out within a couple hours the same day. This dealer is amazing, the best customer service i have ever experienced. Very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to purchase a tractor or mower you cant go wrong with Kubota, and this is the best Kubota dealer I have ever been too. Great job to everyone.
Fantastic customer service. My tractor was in the shop to have some work completed. Right before the big snow storm I received a call asking if I would like my tractor brought back to the house to help with snow removal. I said absolutely!! A++ in my book!
We always have great service at Kubota of Culpeper! Both the purchasing department and the service department have staff that are easy to work with. Recently, the service department took exceptional care of us when a manufacturer defect was discovered on our mower. Thank you!
