Curtis Jenkins would not let me unload my Kubota ZD -1211 zero turn mower from the trailer. He asked me to describe the problem with the unit and walked out to evaluate the issue. In five minutes he had figured the solution fixed it and I was on my way. I could not believe the know how, thoughtfulness and fairness he exhibited. Great company!
Went to Kubota of Culpeper recently to see about purchasing my first tractor. Billy helped me get setup with the tractor and the implements I needed. He didn’t try to sell me any equipment I didn’t need and was genuinely interested about what I needed to use the tractor for. I had a little hiccup with understanding how the belly mower worked and how to lock it in the top position. They sent someone out within a couple hours the same day. This dealer is amazing, the best customer service i have ever experienced. Very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to purchase a tractor or mower you cant go wrong with Kubota, and this is the best Kubota dealer I have ever been too. Great job to everyone.
Fantastic customer service. My tractor was in the shop to have some work completed. Right before the big snow storm I received a call asking if I would like my tractor brought back to the house to help with snow removal. I said absolutely!! A++ in my book!
