Never again Having bought our Kubota here and used them to service it for years despite being unhappy with the way we were treated we finally had enough. This time it was an electrical problem and we were told that it would cost $900 to fix it and it would take several days to get parts. When I questioned the price the sales lady Cindy got so rude that I decided to pay $67 for the estimate and picked up the mower. I took it to another Kubota dealer, Zimmerman in Monroe, who fixed it the same day and charged me $175.
Horrible Experience!! – My horrible experience with this company was purchasing a Polaris ATV. We went in on Saturday and spoke with a salesman named Rick who was a super nice guy. I guess we came in close to their closing time. There was a lady named Cindy there who was obviously annoyed we were there close to closing time. We test drove an ATV which was on the showroom floor.
