I parked out of the way of the shunt driver in the dock and got ripped a new one for being nice very rude people
I got a new Kubota only to find out that it was not a 2021 not a 2020 but a 2019. they change the serial numbers yeas ago but they still using the old way so they can sell you a older one! I had to fined out this info on my own because the rep would not do it. I will give you the info so you can do it yourself. If any one tried this you be charged with fraud. TERRIBLE SERVICE !! My husband got one payment behind . And explained this to Rachelle … she refused to assist and was super rude to my husband. Refused to wait a month so he could pay them the money as his employer hasn’t paid him. Do yourself a favour and go with one of their competitors. A Ballif showed up to our house and took the mower for a MISSED PAYMENT OF $290. The Balliff had a letter stating we were $600 behind, however how is that the when this was his second payment. The main supervisors and managers are really cruel. They will make sure to overwork you and without any notice fire you. They will promise you better positions only as a lie and excuse to overwork you more. Extremely toxic work environment and extremely selfish leaders. Don’t work here! You’ve been warned!
