Not sure what the other negative reviews are talking about...this was one of (if not THE) best dental experiences I've had. I went in for some bad pain and they got me an appointment right away, examined me, found the issue, and already had a plan for taking care of everything. I had a root canal, a crown, and a filling (unrelated to the other procedure but it was time) and it was all quick, painless (as much as it can be), and easy. Worst customer service ever!!! The lady that works in the front office is super rude. Doesn’t listen won’t help and just put her point across. I don’t know how they are running that place. Never visiting them ever again. Yes wish I could give them negative feedback.
Very old school mindset and unprofessional front staff.
I’ve been coming to this office for over 45 years now, ever since it was Dr Terry’s practice in the 70s. Thank goodness Dr Kubinski and staff now have all the modern methods and treatments available. While the dentist office is never going to be my favorite place to go,it’s always a great place to keep my teeth in good shape. The friendly staff are always a pleasure to deal with as well.
