Was recommended Kubalas Carpet for inexpensive carpet purchase/installation. Craig at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Talked to the owner, and picked a date of 5/18 for installation in two rooms. Spent most of the weekend clearing out the rooms. Monday we got out of work early to finish prepping the rooms. Tuesday morning got up early to take apart the kids beds. Installation was supposed to be between 9am and 10am. Get a call around 9:30 saying it will be closer to 10:30. Terrible service from start to finish, went in to pick out carpet and the "part time help" was anything but helpful. Couldn't point me in the direction of what we were looking for and kept saying the owner is on Tuesday. Came back on Tuesday was able to pick out carpet and received install date of March 1st. Worked late days to get basement prepped for install then told day before carpet was not delivered yet will install on March 8th.
