I'd highly recommend Paul. He was excellent! Paul opened and re-did the sash cords of all of our circa 80 year old timber sash windows that had been sealed shut by a previous owner. He really knows what he is doing. Our windows now open beautifully- thanks so much!

Paul was the only one to come over, look at the job and then give us a quote for Sash Cord replacement to Double Hung windows. His price was fair and he did a great job.
We used Paul to replace some defective window spiral balances. Paul's quote was very reasonable and he was punctual for both the initial estimate and installation work. Although the windows were old and required some modification, nothing was too much trouble for him. The work was done well, with no mess left afterwards and the windows now work very well. He was very friendly and courteous, making it a very pleasant experience overall. We are very happy to recommend Paul.
