I was there this morning at 10 AM for an appointment. I was seen by a technician and she did some eye testing. I waited until 1130 for my 10 AM appointment with the doctor and I left my time is valuable too. She told me they see 40 patients a day – – that’s five minutes per patient if they’re working an eight hour day run don’t walk away from this place. Everyone is amazing!
They’re only getting one star because I can’t leave 1/2 star. The only reason I’d even leave a 1/2 star is because the Dr was very pleasant and nice and could take a clue! At the beginning of my autistic 9 year old son’s appointment, I discreetly advised the provider my son had an anxiety around the eye drops. She got it. The female tech, while very sweet and patient, missed it even after she saw my son freak out when she mentioned the eye drops.
