Quick registration. Comfortable waiting room. Best eye doctors in the Kansas City metro area. Dr. Godfrey is professional and thorough. UPDATE: Dr. Godfrey retired in February 2025, after decades of service to his patients, but not to worry, ALL of the eye doctors at KU Eye Center are wonderful. You will get the best care you deserve.
It is very difficult to get the office to answer the phone or to have anyone call you back. In order to communicate with KU Eye clinic, you must use the MyChart. Getting appointments was a not easy. There are many other eye clinics in Kansas City. Go else where.
I had cataract removal in both eyes in June and July respectively. From start to finish, I received the best service possible. From reception through to surgery and post surgery. Dr. Greenwald is a highly capable surgeon and very qualified. The same is true for every admin resource and every resource in the surgery division. My husband had his first eye surgery yesterday as well. He will leave his own review later.
