Great place to build
I love the community, they all supportive, knowledgeable coaches, and all welcoming members that makes you feel motivated and challenged. I am starting my 2nd year with this awesome gym and I am so grateful so far.
When I dropped in here from out of town during a business trip, I was intimidated by the impressive muscles on the women! But go, girlys!! At first, I was super intimidated by huge muscles on some of the women, but I can only say positive things about it now. I took what they call a quick fit class with my work bestie and it was great. The coach even left the class early, giving us the freedom to finish our workout on our own, and we didn’t have to put away the equipment, which was a vibe and change of pace.
