I HAVE BEEN IN THE TIRE REPAIR INDUSTRY FOR 20 PLUS YEARS. I STARTED OUT WORKING AT MY PARENTS TIRE SHOP, I HAVE MANY YEARS EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE IN THE TIRE INDUSTRY. I DO SEMI-TRUCK TIRES, FARM TRACTOR TIRES, ECT... I AM HONEST AND HARD WORKING.

Told him about a tire being flat and needing to be changed but never anwsered back after he said he could the next day
Unprofessional, rude, terrible communication. And he's drunk. Had us waiting on the side of the road for 45 min. Then decided he didn't want to do it. My husband changed it himself with the spare. We just needed to borrow a cross tire iron from a neighbor off I10. He had to run across the interstate.
Just extremely rude I asked if they were open and the guy said well, the doors are closed. What do you think? horrible customer service and I wouldn’t go here ever and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody unless it’s your last option
