Walked right in after work and got a cut! Always good environment!
They need to care more about their regulars than walk ins. They are open til 5 and you can only get an appointment til 2. I tried to get Kenzie to let my daughter and I come in a little later because we can't make it at 2. The person who answered the phone talked to her about it and Kenzie's response was rude and expected me as a regular customer, to walk in and wait. Not everyone can come in that early. got a haircut which would not lay properly. went back the next day person who did hair busy dying hair. told to go to the owner after waiting 45 minutes told it would cost $10. to fix it. left and will find another barber. Eric from Lombard, Illinois
