I havent been here in a while, i took my 4 year old daughter today and the place is more amazing then it has been in the past! The staff is amazing! harely was AWESOME!
This location was rundown and there was hardly anything to do. My kids were bored after 10 minutes. We had a pass for 1 hour and that was plenty because it was just trampolines and a small obstacle course. There was 4 employees just standing around because they had nothing to do. It was nice that there wasn't any other people there, but now I see why. We will not be coming here again. I wish I read some reviews first.
The staff are always helpful and polite. The place is also well kept and clean.
Love taking my grandchildren here. Great customer service as always.
My kid had lots of fun with friends here. I did not notice things falling apart and no one got hurt, thankfully. The birthday party host took care of everything and the pizza was actually pretty good. My one minor complaint is that it was a little stuffy on the second level where the party was held. There were 2 fans but only 1 worked. There were couches and a foosball table. Much more space than the rooms I typically see for parties at trampoline parks.
