This company took a $40k deposit and ran. **DO NOT TRUST THEM*** What a nightmare.
Warning do not use KTPC pools. We were lucky enough to get the shell and equipment, but ghosted when it came to final concrete, set up, etc. haven’t heard from Tom in months, he took the money and ran. Could not be more unprofessional in running his “business” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL YOUR POOL.
