Never been here before. The arm of gate entering facility was already raised with green light. I was unsure which direction to go. I chose straight vs left which ended up being correct. They love wasting peoples time. Terrible check out experience
People in the office are very disrespectful to drivers and unhelpful (Young white girl). Once you go to the office you got to have your safety vest on and fill your information in the computer.
Too much rules need follow
After more than 20 years on the road, I still can't wrap my head around why some companies hire rude and unhelpful staff for their shipping and receiving departments. A simple question like, "What should the pickup number start with?" shouldn’t be met with silence or confusion. Drivers aren’t mind readers—we rely on clear communication to do our jobs efficiently.
