All the negative comments here are true. It was around 100°F outside, and they take your keys during loading, so you can’t even sit comfortably or run your AC. I waited here for more than 5 hours just to get loaded. Dispatchers — before sending a driver here, please read the reviews and save your time and your driver’s nerves.

Worst place to deliver load . Check in person was busy texting ppl and after she gave me the dock . I waited 2 hours no movement went back to office , she forgot to assign forklift driver. Who hires these ppl ?? What kind of doll house they running here ?? Took 4 hours to unload
