Great experience, was looking for my first bike and upon checking i went ktm london to enquire about a used bike. Tony was the sales man dealing with me helped me with all my queries and doubts. I’m writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the KTM My Ride activation service I paid for at this dealership in November 2024. Despite paying the required fee, the service has never been completed. I was initially told by a rep named Ryan that my bike needed to be inspected for the activation.
