This warehouse operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Upon arrival, park your truck on the side of the street and check in. They have two docks and will call you when a dock becomes available for loading. The loading process typically takes about an hour and a half to complete.
KTM/Temper pack is on the south side of the building. Friendly folks and fast loading. Took just over an hour to load me, plenty of space to maneuver.
Loaded in 30min. Check by dock 46. Easy check in and out. Very efficient process! Sign paperwork, back in dock, red light then green light, leave facility.
There's a road restriction for trucks going thru Keller rd be aware.. Best take 127 exit 70 Holt Rd then Depot st final Keller Rd. This same route to exit to highway Fast checking and unloading
Very nice people picked up from here In n out in less than 1 hour
