Had them install a new furnace 8/3/22. Jan of 23 had issues with the vent going out the roof leaking when it rained and my furnace was wet inside. They came out and told me the boots on top were not tighten and that was the problem. Then told me would be fine now and that my warranty was up. Dec 30th 24 no furnace working again. Had Tony's come out said it was poorly installed venting was not right. They tared around the vent on roof Because it leaked again it shorted out a computer board. Costing me almost 600.00.
