I bought my bike form here and during the proses they said my first service was going to be free but when I turned up for my first one they didn’t tell me it was going to cast anything till it was already done, it came to £99 but I just had to pay anyway. And during the service my bum bag that was attached on to the bike was not returned to me.

Very poor! For a quality brand like KTM, the showroom is very poorly laid out, nowhere for customers to sit, attitude from sales staff is “take it or leave it” no deals to be had. No “thanks for your business” or follow up “how are you getting on with that £16k bike we sold you” or anything. A bitterly disappointing experience. The service was poor too- rode away from the garage only to have to return the bike due to a fault appearing.
