They got right to work on arrival and finished the job in a timely manner. They also wore something over their shoes to not track dirt in which I appreciated
The team over at KTM went above and beyond for our repairs. We had a roof leak back in February and we had trouble dealing with insurance. Jaime stepped in and helped me talk to our insurance agent about what we needed fixed and helped us get what we needed from them. Edited after several attempts to contact them with no response. I deducted an extra star for a total of two stars because I think the lack of communication at this point is abominable. ~~~ Starting with the good for those who want to know; We have an uncommon sized sliding door and they were able to accommodate it without making it three panels (which other companies said they’ed have to do). KTM is currently working on a large siding replacement project for me at one of my associations. They have done well over a million dollars on roofing projects for my associations as well. They are true professionals. You are in great hands with KTM
Prompt and courteous communications. We were happy to accept their detailed quote for our roof replacement on two small structures. They arrived as scheduled, completed the work and left the site completely cleaned up and with "no trace"! The roofs are done and look great, quality work. We will certainly be having KTM back for additional jobs, gladly. Thanks!
