I was forced to use them by my builder but would not use them if I had a choice. My issue with them is how they provide the information for the closing wire transfer. Most of the information is provided in an encrypted email. However, you have to call and verbally obtain some key information that is left out of the email. They will not confirm the missing information in writing. So if they provide the wrong information, your money goes where you don’t want it to.
