THEY COMMITTED LEGAL MALPRACTICE. And now refuse to correct it! THEY FAILED TO SHOW FOR MY HEARING so the case was dismissed - bc of their no-show. THEY DID NOT FIX THE 'LOSS' they caused, so I filed a complaint & NOW ARE REFUSING TO FIX their mistake in BLATANT RETALIATION for my filing an ethics complaint! All I ask is for my money back & their mistake rectified so I may refile my case with a different atty. Very Reasonable. THEY FAILED TO SHOW FOR MY HEARING. They took my money (I am on Disability, so it was already a challenge to scrape up the funds) & all was good until the hearing came up 18 mos or so later, 4/2025. I was promised to be prepped for the hearing, I was not, despite multiple queries in the days before - clearly he was not planning to represent me & morning of the VIRTUAL hearing, NO SHOW. Set up a phone consultation for 3/19/2025 through their secretary and received no call on set date/time. Set up another phone consultation for 4/7 and again received no call. Not very happy as we are waiting to resolve an issue that should have taken a few days to consult on but has now taken 3 weeks
