I hired Kellen Fish of KTF Law Firm for a partition action and to help me get my personal property back. As far as getting my property out of the house, he charged me a lot of money to negotiate, yet his negotiations resulted in absolutely zero recovery of any of my property. THEY COMMITTED LEGAL MALPRACTICE. And now refuse to correct it! THEY FAILED TO SHOW FOR MY HEARING so the case was dismissed - bc of their no-show. THEY DID NOT FIX THE 'LOSS' they caused, so I filed a complaint & NOW ARE REFUSING TO FIX their mistake in BLATANT RETALIATION for my filing an ethics complaint! All I ask is for my money back & their mistake rectified so I may refile my case with a different atty. Very Reasonable. THEY FAILED TO SHOW FOR MY HEARING. They took my money (I am on Disability, so it was already a challenge to scrape up the funds) & all was good until the hearing came up 18 mos or so later, 4/2025. I was promised to be prepped for the hearing, I was not, despite multiple queries in the days before - clearly he was not planning to represent me & morning of the VIRTUAL hearing, NO SHOW.
