I recommend KTD computer's for help with questions. I am nearly 80, bought new HP Windows 11, and was having difficulty transitioning from Windows 7 (big difference). Alex helped me tremendously, and spoke in my terms- so kind and patient. I totally recommend, not to hesitate, if you are having any problem with your computer, go to KTD computers!!!

Didn't fix problem they had to wipe everything out and start all over so I lost all that was on computer.
