Fantastic service from KT3. Joshua kept in contact with arrival time. We had a few minor issues with the kitchen cupboards on our new build, Joshua was fantastic he went through and realigned all the cabinet doors, checked everything thoroughly before he left. Highly recommend KT3.
Everyone involved had a brillant attitude, accomidating and well manorned, im a tradie off due to injury but they have given me hope that not everyone is useless, thankyou
Unfortunately, our experience with KT3 has been very disappointing. We requested that someone attend to assess cracking along the rolled edge of our benchtop, however after nearly four weeks without any communication, we had to follow up through our builder ourselves. We were then advised that no action would be taken, as KT3 believed the damage was caused by impact from an object hitting the edge. Great experience with KT3 Kitchens.
Worst customer service and afterservice ever. Bought house through libertyhomes (hickinbotham). Bench top done by these guys. Find out next day after move in there are 2 long cracks. Inform liberty maintenance with photos and details. Then these guys contact me after 2 weeks to book appointment to come and check. Booked at 1.30 pm on a Wednesday more than month ago. Their trade person call me 8am to inform he is around my place. If appointment schedule 1.30 it has to be 1.30pm . Not 8am we have our workshedule too thats whay... read more
