We are still family owned and operated by K,T&M. We specialize in Memphis style BBQ -- Hickory smoked, pulled pork shoulder, peppery vinegary sauce, tangy coleslaw & dry rubbed pork ribs (???course we also smoke up brisket, chicken, and hot links, plus home made side dishes and desserts). Whether at one of our four locations or at a catered event, we???re proud of our down home food served with true southern hospitality!
