I recently utilized KT services for a rental property I was selling. Theo was awesome. Guy was at my house 60 minutes after I called. But honestly, his approach to his service is what stood out the most. He wasn't there to upsell or BS. He was professional, gave his opinion on multiple things with a list of suggestions. He was honest about the success rate of any actions performed and even gave follow up items. No brainer to use, this guy was the best.
It’s been a hectic week! During last weeks storm Ida our sump died. We ended up with 4” of water in our finished basement. Called KT and they called back first thing in the morning. They were on site with equipment & ready to serve by early afternoon. Theo & Kevin were professional, knowledgeable & provided valuable assistance with our problem. Would definitely recommend them!
Theo was very informative and presented us with options of remediation and we followed his suggestion. We are very happy with the work that was completed in our basement crawl space and would highly recommend his business.
