How you not hire somebody based off working for past bad employers and not hire them by passing a welding test. I do not like jobs that judge you based off how another employer did you. I don’t see how you all got 5 stars by turning around people wasting time interviewing people along with gas. Stop wasting people time if you just gone turn people around looking for work and ready to work.
Great workmanship at this place, these guys really stand on a professional level. I took a feed truck and trailer there to have a new Boone put on it and they had me all fixed up and ready to roll in no time.
