How you not hire somebody based off working for past bad employers and not hire them by passing a welding test. I do not like jobs that judge you based off how another employer did you. I don’t see how you all got 5 stars by turning around people wasting time interviewing people along with gas. Stop wasting people time if you just gone turn people around looking for work and ready to work.
