Don't understand how loosening a bolt that they say was seized on a 2018 honda civic si rear suspension costs an extra $140. Customer service was good but being a mechanic, I don't understand how loosening a bolt required for an alignment cost a shop hour on top of the alignment plus shop supplies, they did charge me half price for the alignment but a seized bolt is part of an alignment. Great shop but I do have questions.

I went here for wheel alignment and I had to get it done again from Canadian tire as it wasn’t done correctly.The guy on the front desk is rude , unprofessional.No knowledge at all.

Had to go three times to redo the wheel alignment is still not right. Very unprofessional. The specialist will give you murderous looks if you point something out or an advice. Reception promises something and when you get there says I never promised an appointment. My fault as I should know cheap doesn't always mean good. Lesson learnt better go expensive or reputable to get good experience
