I took my car to KT Motors for a wheel alignment, but even after 3–4 tries they couldn’t get it right or center the steering wheel. They charged me for the service and said nothing more could be done. My car is only 2 years old with new tires (installed 6 months ago), so I expected better results and clearer answers. They should have at least offered a refund since they couldn’t fix the issue. Very disappointed with the experience.
Kind, honest, affordable, and fast. As far as I know, the best auto repair shop in Edmonton.
Wish there is a zero star option. I paid $1k and they didn’t finish the whole job and had the audacity to expect me to pay the full price. I did. I just don’t want to make this matter worse and I regretted it now. Notice that my steering wheel is tightened as I turn left. ALSO, I don’t think they did replace my left front strut, it still looks so old while my right got replaced as brand new Baby They will point out that there are unnecessary repairs I need to fix. How unprofessional. Watch out.

I went there to change brake pads and roter. I also wanted to do wheel alignments. When doing wheel alignment, initial measure showed it doesn’t require adjustment. I was charged just for checking and not full alignment price. It should be more than 4 stars, and I am not giving 5 stars as I need to see the performance of brake pads. As a bonus, I got complimentary wiper blades too. It was easy to get appointment and the service is good.
