Have gotten several items custom made by the jewellers at KT and would recommend them to anyone wanting something unique. So handy to have actual jewellers in the store who you can consult with and design or modify jewellery. Always very friendly to deal with and prices are fair and reasonable.
I do not recommend this jeweller at all! I have been to this jeweller quite a few times but sadly this did not seem to count for much. If you don't want a customer to return then keep up the very poor & average customer service. They make you feel like your business is not wanted despite store often being empty as others leaving reviews notice. Great service, friendly staff
I have thoroughly enjoyed designing the new KT Jewellery store at The Pines Shopping Centre. Their collection of high-quality bespoke jewellery always impresses me - each piece is beautifully crafted, deeply personal and tells a meaningful story about its owner. Working with Koko, Osan and Ara has been an absolute pleasure. They have been warm, collaborative and supportive from start to finish, this is reflected in the final outcome of the store design and something we are truly proud of.
