Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I took my gold chain, which has great sentimental value, to this shop for repairs. The chain was broken, and the hook needed fixing. When I returned to pick it up, I found that the hook wasn’t repaired at all. Worse, the staff denied that we ever discussed fixing the hook, even though it was clearly mentioned.
