We had extensive work on our mountain home, and we are so pleased with the outcome. We even added some extra's as the work was being done . Kris was always available if we had questions; he kept us informed immediately if he found problem areas (carpenter ants in the wood! ) . He always had a new plan to take care of these issues, so we felt confident in his expertise. We are already planning for the next update phase of our home.
We used K&T home renovations to redo our bathroom that hasn’t been touched since the 70s. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and the price was extremely fair and exactly as quoted. Kris had no problem pivoting with my last minute design choices, and even went so far as to personally venture out to try to find more tile after we discovered we had been shorted. Our bathroom was beautifully done and I couldn’t recommend K&T Home Renovations more.
Before you use this contractor ask them for references. We spent thousands of dollars to have our kitchen remodeled. We are now in the process of having the flooring redone because it was installed incorrectly. This contractor came back many times to repair it without any success. This is just one of many issues which we have with this remodel . They employ unskilled workers who are not qualified to do this type of work. K&T Home Renovation did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen. The cabinets are top notch, and I love my granite countertops that Tamara picked out. She blended everything together so nicely. She picked out the best lighting, hardware, flooring, tile & faucet. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. She is the best! Give her a call for free estimate.
