KT's is such a friendly, clean, upbeat location, I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I've found them! Just had my third cut and color with Mollie and I couldn't ask for better. As someone with previous hair cut trauma, she's not only easy to talk to, but she really listens and gets what I'm trying to do! My hair has never looked better!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had an appt today that I was 14 minutes late for-yes they quoted the exact time- not only did they cancel me but charged me for not showing up. The person that was suppose to cut my hair had already LEFT. If I was 14 min late and the policy is 10 min man, she must have gotten out of there fast. I call bs. This place is a joke and if you are new to them, they treat you like garbage. The wait is stupid and these people have no concern for their customers. DO NOT GO HERE.
