Pros: They cancelled our booking for free which was very helpful. Cons: on the day of checkin, the checkin app wasnt working (its all digital key, no physical key). Apparently this was because we had to go to another site in another suburb for them to do pre-check in, despite the fact we had completed pre-check in online, and payment made been made it full, and they had copies of my passport + credit card. Excellent place to stay in Adelaide close to the city & several attractions
Great facilities, lovely rooms, big kitchen and balcony, lacking spare blankets and toilet paper but overall very clean and spacious
Dirty place! The floors were making my bare feet black from just an hour of walking around the apartment. It seems they mop with a filthy mop as you can see the skirting boards are black. I cleaned a section of it so that you can see exactly what I mean. The oven was also disgusting. The upside is that it is spacious and parking was easy to access. The digital key was very annoying.
