Good Value for Money
I booked the 2 bedroom apartment through booking.com and paid online to ensure it was good to go. I booked this for my mum who had been dealing with a lot of sickness leading up to this holiday and it was close to the Bryan Adams concert hence booking this apartment so i wanted to book her something nice for a get away weekend. Very well equipped apartment in a central location.
I won't go into a long winded spiel about the back-story. However this is the managers response when requesting where in their policy it is outlined that guests would face immediate eviction if non-guests were to even step foot on the property grounds - with the hypothetical being of them using the bathroom. The original request for a refund was declined and only when the manager was notified that I would be disputing the charge with the bank did he respond with what is in the attached image. Pleasant stay for 2 nights, except the temperamental JustiN key that needs to tap so many times just to open the door! Spacious living room, beautiful layout, clean, 2 lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. However the central aircon doesn’t really cool the bedrooms! But living room is cool. Recommend to stay at this apartment
