I cried once i got to my car. I showed examples of the cut I wanted and communicated clearly about length and details I wanted to keep (pixie haircut) The lack of listening or at least asking questions to understand the look i wanted was lost. Edit :: Next day wash and TRY to style . . . This is the WORST haircut I've ever had. The lack of listening to everything I said and the fact that I said I have been growing my hair out (6 months) to try a new style. Horrible

UPDATE-DO NOT COME HERE!! WARNING! my hair continues to fall out. KAYLA BURNED MY HAIR!!! Do not go to this place unless you want to risk having BURNED HAIR! She will surprise you one day when she’s too busy and ignore your hair and leave the products in so long that it will destroy and literally burn your hair!! Six Years of Consistently Amazing Service I’ve been getting my hair cut by Kayla for six years now, and I can honestly say she’s the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. Her communication skills are exceptional—she listens carefully, asks the right questions, and always makes sure we’re on the same page before she starts. Kayla from K Style Hair Salon is AMAZING! She’s so knowledgeable and always gives the best advice on color and style. Her blowouts are incredible—hands down the best! She also gives the most relaxing scalp massages, which make every visit feel like a treat. I leave every appointment feeling pretty and confident. Her shop is always clean and welcoming, and she’s very accommodating with scheduling. I can’t recommend her enough!
