RecommendedWHAT I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW: I just opened a sympathy card from my bank regarding my grandfather’s (who was so very special to me) passing, they must have combed the obituaries and saw that we were related? I have always had such a good experience with this bank! This morning early I was missing my paycheck which had me very worried. I know they open later but Stacy saw my question on here and reached out to me immediately! My check did end up posting to my account right as she called but was so kind to explain the process if it does happen again. Thank you for such great service, I am so happy to know I have a great bank :)
New review, still don't recommend. Went in to cash my State of Kansas paycheck. A 10 day hold on a state check? Even online banks don't have that long of a hold. Proving once again they are completely incompetent crooks. January 3 is 90 days, I'll be closing this account and telling everyone I meet to go somewhere else. I have already been advising my colleagues as well as students at the university to avoid this bank at all costs.
This thank you is a very long time in coming. I apologize for not acknowledging my favorite credit union much, much sooner! Last fall (November 2018) I was hospitalized for a hysterectomy. When I came home from my hospital stay, I received about 6 get well cards, and one of them was from all of my friends/family at the credit union! So many signatures and well wishes just for me!! All of the representatives at the credit union are willing and happy to help every time i visit. Specifically Mandy and Erin made my situation easy. I went in hopeless, and after working with Many over the phone all day Erin was aware of the situation. It was refreshing not having to repeat the entire story. I sat down and Erin was instantly able to give me a solution. I thank everyone who was involved in the process.
They have always been so helpful and friendly and they are a strong part of our community. They remind me of the small town bank I grew up with, where you knew one another, and they still offer everything you could need from a big financial institution.
