Scheduled appointment, arrived no one answered, called and emailed several times over the course of days, asked that my service be closed out so that Affirm can refund my money since I did not receive the service, no response, Affirm said it will fall off because the company will not collect the payment as the service was not provided, kept reaching out and then BOOM received a notification that KST Body accepted the $700 payment, claim has been under dispute for over 2 weeks now, still no response to Affirm or any response ... read more

Kimone is professional and knowledgeable. She educates you on all services instead of just taking your money. The shapewear is also comfortable and affordable. Gorgeous space and well decorated
