I called up asking to just get a wheel balance done as I had previously already had a wheel alignment done just 1 month ago. Once getting to the store I again said I'm just here to get a wheel balance done. When I picked up my car they charged me for both a wheel balance as well as a wheel alignment. At no point did I ever mention needing a wheel alignment done. This was very disappointing to me as I was charged for work done on my car that wasn't required.
