Kath has been such a beautiful part of my fitness journey. As someone into bodybuilding, her lymphatic drainage, massage, and muscle activation made a real difference to my recovery and how my body feels. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and you can tell she truly wants the best for her clients. I’m so grateful I found her — she’ll be deeply missed here now that she’s moved to WA!

What an incredible experience with Kath. She is truly gifted. I’m turning 50 this year and for a long time I had been feeling bloated, heavy and sluggish — just not like myself. After my very first lymphatic and cranial therapy session with Kath, it genuinely felt like I had come back to life. Everything feels realigned, lighter and energised. I didn’t realise how out of balance I had been until I felt what it was like to feel good again. I feel so blessed to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough.
