Kath comes highly recommended by me.....Kath certainly has skills with lymphatic drainage massage, coupled with her intuitive practice, my health hasn't been better in a long time! So lucky to have her locally....

Kath has been such a beautiful part of my fitness journey. As someone into bodybuilding, her lymphatic drainage, massage, and muscle activation made a real difference to my recovery and how my body feels.
