In May I purchased 2 vehicles from KSR and I couldn't be happier. I was treated like family from the first conversation on the phone with Wayne. I was not let down by them in the least bit! I recommend the extended warranty as it paid off for me, and unforseen issue happened with the jeep I purchased and Wayne was quick to act. Best experience at a dealership I've ever had. Got my Mazda3 with very friendly people and environment. I'm very happy with my car and it will be 1 year in August still going strong.
I personally haven't bought a vehicle YET from KSR.... However I've had mechanical work done on a couple vehicles and Wayne and his Staff were very accommodating, fast, friendly, and extremely helpful!!
