I got a perm here. I was already feeling really self conscious about with my hair losing its wave and density. Life has been stressful. The staff made rude comments about the smell both times I was there, and I was overcharged when I came back to have it redone after it fell out quite a bit the 1st time. I was only there 1.5 hours and got charged for 2 hours on my second visit. I emailed, and called to check in about the pricing. My stylist never got back to me. I’m never coming back here.

I've been seeing Autumn for several years now. For the first time in my life, I have "my" stylist! I keep coming back for more because she is so fun and easy to talk to, and she has helped me a lot on my wavy hair journey. Her honesty and expertise are always appreciated. I highly recommend booking with her!

Honestly, I would drive hours for Christine to do my hair - but I am super lucky that ksquared is a 10 minute walk from home. I wanted to try a new salon, and preferred a small business that was local to me. I came across ksquared, and Christine's client photos really stood out to me. We did a cut first.
