The team, led by Keith and accompanied by an apprentice, demonstrated exceptional technical competence throughout the installation process. What stood out was their ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. I'm very disappointed, totally unreliable, and spoke in depth about what he could do to repair my toilet. He made an appointment but didn't come. I called him several times but he didn't return my calls.

Arranged through my letting agency to come and install a new tap in my apartment. They came once, being extremely rude, took the replacement tap with them, saying they needed it to find matching parts, and haven’t returned since. It’s been over two months, and at this point, the tap seems to have been taken without any intention of following up.
