Keith came out at very short notice to replace my boiler, He and his colleague are very professional, knowledgeable and completed the work in no time at all! I was expecting a good 4 hours but they got it done in less than 3 hours! Amazing! Thanks again Keith & Jason!

Came out at 9pm to sort our gas out as another company totally messed up and left us without gas! These guys were absolutely amazing. They came straight out and saved me from going without hot water. Highly recommend, friendly easy going and completely understanding staff! Thank you Keith and I didn’t catch the other man’s name but thank you both.

I recently had a new boiler installed by KSM Plumbing Ltd and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The team, led by Keith and accompanied by an apprentice, demonstrated exceptional technical competence throughout the installation process. What stood out was their ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. I'm very disappointed, totally unreliable, and spoke in depth about what he could do to repair my toilet. He made an appointment but didn't come. I called him several times but he didn't return my calls.
