This store is way too expensive to have a none refundable policy / No exchange policy . First last time taken my family shopping here for hair products etc.... I wouldn't recommend anyone shopping here at this location.
Very disappointed with my experience. This was my first visit to this store. I purchased a wig based on the display model I tried on, but the wig I received was not the same in appearance. The density was noticeably less full, and the bang did not have the same full, sharp look as the display wig I selected. When I returned to address the issue, I was told there were no refunds. This place is incredibly unprofessional. There are three signs on the outside indicating that it’s open. It’s now 9:18 and it still not open clearly it stated, opens at 9 o’clock. When you enter, they act as if you’re about to steal from them. None of the staff members seem to know anything about the products they’re selling. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
They have really turned everything around.
