Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Starting a new employee and without giving proper directive terminates someone's employment without reason. It is obvious that the upper management has no clue how to retain good, loyal and hard working people. Not verbalizing, instruction or even telling someone why they are being terminated will not help anyone.
