My wife and I had KSL replace our long overdue windows. Kurt and his office was prompt in communicating from the beginning of the job to the end. Kurt and his crew installed 7 windows at our home and made such a huge difference. His team also went out of their way to reframe and add trims around the window, replaced J channels on the outside of the windows and also fixed soffit that wasn't part of the scope of the job. Mary G I called KSL on a Monday, & they came the following Tuesday, they cleaned my gutters & mended the flashing from leaking at that time. Jim was knowledgeable, listened to my thoughts, & very polite. Milessa was great, she kept me up to date all thru the week to make sure she didn’t forget about. They were very busy due to storms in our neighborhood. Most people don’t call you back, but KSL is on top of it, because of Melissa.
