Some sort of scam agency. I have randomly started getting bills from this place for a "covid test" from 3 years ago. I've never gotten a covid test in my life and was not even in this city 2 years ago on the date listed. The number doesn't go to a billing center it goes to a receptionist who said someone can "call me back." A medical facility without a billing office to speak to? And you expect me to give you money for a ghost bill? You just found my address out of nowhere 3 years later? Good luck with that.
Took my test Thursday was told I’d have results by 1pm next day in my email. It’s now Saturday and still no results. Tried calling the number it was some guy saying he was the answering service. I will never use this company again. It’s never taken more than 24 hrs from anywhere else to get results. This place is a joke.

This place is a scam. I ordered a rapid antigen test online and got a confirmed appointment. After waiting almost 2 hours in line they tell me to hand them my insurance card which is through the VA and I tell them I don't think they cover it so I was going to pay the 65 bucks for the rapid test. I was supposed to have the results within a few hours. But nothing, so later that evening I reach out to support and they tell me I was given a PCR test instead so that is next day results. I went to get a pcr test guaranteed results in 24 hrs or less. I waited way over 24 hrs to receive my results then I went to bed. Then I received the results the next morning and they were inconclusive, so I have to go get tested again. It’s like here is $150 and here you go here is another $150. Guess I won’t be eating this week. What a scam. Won’t be going back there ever again. Should have gone to urgent care or Walgreens.
