The friendly inspectors performed a thorough inspection of the old siding on my house, some of which had fallen off. They also identified deficiencies that were causing water to come into the sunroom. I received an estimate quickly and the work was done in a timely manner and is well done, water-resistant and good looking.
They were able to give us an estimate schedule us quickly. We are happy with how efficient and soon we were able to get the work done that we needed. They replaced our gutters as well as a few pieces of torn off fascia siding. We would work with them again if we need other exterior work done!
Terrible experience. First off showed up on day they weren’t supposed to, said they would be back next day. Didn’t show up next day so said they would be back over the weekend and start Monday so already 3 days off. On Monday their worker apparently got into an argument with another contractor at my house. Don’t know why or what started this, wasn’t there. Came home to one that contractor leaving over this. KSK just put siding, facia, and soffits on our house and did an excellent job. Their crew was friendly, hardworking, and paid attention to the small details. Their cost was also extremely competitive, coming in lower than all other bids we received. We are extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them to others!
KSK Exteriors replaced both our gutters and the fascia wrap. They not only did a fantastic job, but they did it immediately following severe winter weather and completed everything in the freezing cold with several feet of snow on the ground.
