We had several issues with KSK. Initially we gave them our insurance documents so they would know what needed to be done. She left off the attic vents so they were not replaced. Her excuse was that we agreed to the bid she wrote up. The siding was ok but the windows and garage trim were subpar. The porch ceiling had to be done twice and the garage required four attempts before it was acceptable. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was higher than larger more professional companies.
KSK did a great job with our roof, siding, facia and gutters. They were very professional and got back to us quickly with any questions.
The friendly inspectors performed a thorough inspection of the old siding on my house, some of which had fallen off. They also identified deficiencies that were causing water to come into the sunroom. I received an estimate quickly and the work was done in a timely manner and is well done, water-resistant and good looking.
They were able to give us an estimate schedule us quickly. We are happy with how efficient and soon we were able to get the work done that we needed. They replaced our gutters as well as a few pieces of torn off fascia siding. We would work with them again if we need other exterior work done!
Terrible experience. First off showed up on day they weren’t supposed to, said they would be back next day. Didn’t show up next day so said they would be back over the weekend and start Monday so already 3 days off. On Monday their worker apparently got into an argument with another contractor at my house. Don’t know why or what started this, wasn’t there. Came home to one that contractor leaving over this.
