Got cut off and almost hit at 114th and Dodge due to an illegal u-turn by a KSI vehicle, the driver flipped us off and laughed after almost hitting multiple vehicles. Called to report, they don't actually track their vehicles so no way to tell who it was or take any corrective action. Seems odd in 2024 that you don't have GPS in your company vehicles, certainly wouldn't want to have that kind of unprofessional individual driving my company truck or representing me in any way.
KSI is excellent to work with, and we appreciate doing business with them. They are easy to work with, quick to respond, and treat us like family on and off of the job. We highly recommend KSI as a general contractor!
Doing work next door and it's been difficult at times because of the noise they make and especially when using paints, sealents etc that permiate into other businesses!!!! This has caused a few concerns.
