I was unable to wait to see Dr. Kos due to having to a conflict with time restraint in keeping another appointment.
Today was my initial appointment with Dr. Kos. The staff is very unprofessional and aloof. I was placed in an exam room, vitals were taken and the medical assistant said Dr. Kos would be in when she finished with a previous patient. I waited 1/2hour with no further acknowledgment. I left the office and will not go back. The appearance of the office should have been a red flag. Cluttered, rundown and not the cleanest. One staff member did apologize which I did appreciate.
I really liked Dr. Kos she is awesome she answered all my questions, and she made sure I understood the treatment plan, would give more stars if I could she was an answer to my prayer's
What can be said about Dr. Kos except exceptional? Busy neurologist, which is a busy specialty in itself and still devoted more time and care than my primary care provider does. Robust knowledge, simple explanations, and duly caring for the need of her patients. She even walked me out to the door and to the receptionist after appointment was complete. I’m not sure if the office or Dr. Kos is to blame for the poor care I’ve received. My PCP referred me to her after he believed I have MS. I saw her on 12/17 and she ordered 2 more MRIs which She confirmed this diagnosis on which I had done on 1/16 which was delayed due to no prior authorization. My next appointment with Dr. Kos was 2/6. She never called me with results or updates and after reaching out several times, she just responded that she will discuss my results at my appointment.
