Her office does not respond to calls or messages.
I would leave 0 stars, but that isn't an option. I was referred to Dr. Kos for neuropathy. (It turns out it was something else. She said that she would include this in her notes, but didn't.) She was smug and acted as if I wasted her time. Her staff was ok. I'm disabled. She asked what the cane was for, assuming I didn't need it. (Spinal cord injury) Think twice before you make an appointment with her.
The staff is not professional.
