She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents that you get when you are buying new construction. Ksenia Wurl is awesome! Finding a good condo at a decent price is So difficult, but she did it! She listened to what was important “must-haves” and then found it. She was transparent about the whole process but her optimism kept me hopeful. That played a huge part in finding my (hopefully last) home! Highly recommended!!!
