Utterly hopeless. Disorganised unprofessional and fitters did an appalling job fitting my laminate flooring. KSC did not want to take any responsibility and tried to blame everyone else. After 4months of complaining and having to threaten legal action they finally offered some compensation. Terrible, terrible standard of workmanship and useless customer service. Find someone else or be ready to experience a lot of problems. DO NOT USE!
