We have had the most wonderful experience at Ksb Dentures with Kim. She has been so delightful throughout the entire process. Always accomodating and open to feedback to ensure the dentures are as comfortable as possible. Even though my mum has poor English, Kim has been so wonderful with communicating with her and ensuring she understands her concerns and needs. Would definitely recommend coming here.
From a broken denture, to a warm welcome. To a 24 hour solution , and a very reasonable charge. Thank you Kimberley for great job .
I broke my plate last night and found this company close by.I called in without a appointment and met a lovely lady called Kimberly, she looked at it straight away and told me she could repair within 4 hours. She was brilliant, and nice ,friendly and professional and would recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible customer service. The way I was spoken to was disrespectful and unprofessional. I was told that if I went somewhere else and they stuffed things up, not to come back to him. I was shocked that anyone would speak to a customer in that manner. There was no courtesy or respect, and the whole experience left me feeling unwelcome. I would expect much better customer service and would not recommend this business based on my experience.
Most places are there for our day to day requirements. Everyone will definitely staisfy with shops, restaurants and etc. Need more parking spaces. Love it
